We use batch foaming machine to manufacture PU foam. Capability to manufacture 35 blocks per day. We have a convenient and efficient operation to manufacture PU foam of varying size, shape, color and density.
These machines are used by us shave the sheets any required thickness. We use this across different types of foam to get a naturally clear and smooth surface of foam material with tight tolerance after skiving.
These machines are deployed by us to cut sheets of required thickness into shapes as per the customer specifications. These machines can cut both adhesive coated and non-coated material.
We deploy precision slitting machines for standard and custom widths. The machines can slit both adhesive coated and non-coated material. Our machines enable us to cut both rolls and sheets. The slitting blades are of high tensile steel to give a fine edge.
Shredded PU foam pieces of different, densities and color are mixed with the right proportion of adhesive and bonded under tremendous pressure to make bonded foam mattress of required density.
Foam profile cutting machine for profiling foam and other flexible materials. This machine mainly applies to foam shaping and cutting process in different thickness, different specs foam, compress block foam into two concave and convexity foam products.
We have deployed both heat and adhesive lamination machines. On our machines we can laminate different types of adhesive coated foams with, film, rexine, cloth, felt.
Adhesive coating of velvet, PU film and paper is done on this machine. The machine gives the flexibility to coat only the required thickness of adhesive.
Horizontal and vertical slicing machines are deployed by us to cut foam blocks to the required thickness, length and width.
Thermocompression involves compression and heating of a PU foam to create irreversible deformation. The cells are reduced in size and horizontally deformed, resulting in a higher density, lower air permeability and better mechanical properties. Thermocompression offers wide versatility as both flexible and semi-rigid foams can be processed.
High speed die cutting machines are deployed by us. They use best in class steel dies which help to cut the foam precisely and as per the exact customer specification. We can cut any shape as per the customer requirement. The foam material is placed on the machine base and then pressed onto the blade of the die, cutting through the material to generate the finished foam products.
